How to make nice chilli sauce?

HQ: my mum used to have recipe exchange with her friends, and it included making pie tee. but i don’t think they made the shells. so it wasn’t pork pie tee, but it was quite quite lovely – probably chicken mince meat or udang. i last had it at a nyonya restaurant in PJ someplace in 2005.. i could eat tons of that stuff! 😀

You never fail to amaze me.
How you can find time to do all that?
The Queen says: This is another reason why I need to love my hubby more. Without him looking after the 3 rascals, I won’t have time to do all these.
