God did not promise that life would be easy,
and not filled with some sorrow and pain.
God did not promise that our children would be perfect,
and our lives and jobs always fulfilling.
GOD Never Promised Us An Easy Journey In Life,
Only Safe Arrival – Be strong, Jonathan.

I made about 25 cups of dessert for our Alumni’s Pot-luck makan-makan over the weekend.
Ingredients:
2 litres water
250gm sugar
1 packet of Swallow jelly powder
1 can of evaporate milk
1 can of soya milk (using the evaporate milk can as measurement)
1 can of longan in syrup
Method:
- Mix one packet of Swallow jelly powder and sugar into cooking pot.
- Pour 2 litres of water into the mixture and boil over low heat. Oh don’t forget to add pandan leaves for the fragrant.
- Stir occasionally till mixture dissolve and boiled. Turn heat off.
- Empty 1 can of evaporate milk and 1 can of soya milk into solution.
- Mix well and pour mixture into cups. Cool them in refigerator if you want to shorten the waiting time.
- Once the jelly has set, scoop longan over jellies and distribute the syrup evenly. You may find some jellies has only one longan. lol.
Don’t worry if you added too much or too little water. This dessert is meant to eat from the spoon. I love mine very very soft. Almost like taufoo fah.
Excuse the camwhore. We had so much fun during the makan-makan and our dear photographer keep on tempting me with his SLR. Gosh!

This is one of my favourite type of meme that is very interesting and yet very unusual from Health Freak Mummy. Nothing too personal as asking too much question about myself.
So this is what I’m supposed to do :
***INSTRUCTIONS: ***
1. Post 5 links to 5 of your previously written posts. The posts have to relate to the 5 key words given below.
2. Tag 5 other friends to do this meme. Try to tag at least 2 new acquaintances (if not, your current blog buddies will do) so that you get to know them each a little bit better.
3. Don’t forget to read the archived post and leave comments.
************************
Link ONE must be about family
Christmas Eve with Love Ones (I went thru my December archieve and started to read all of them. I love Christmas. That’s the only time we meet, had fun and rebonding our love among sibilings and my parents. I can’t wait for the next Christmas.)
Link TWO must be about friends
Blogger’s Meet: Picnic in Morib (I choose this link cos this is my first time meeting up with real people that called themselves “Blogger”. Such a privillage!)
Link THREE must be about yourself:
Me and My Significant Other: A Twisted Meme (Go read horrible attitude and temper I have)
Link FOUR must be about your love
Me and My Significant Other – Part III (I presume the “love” is my other half. First ever mushy-mushy post that I’ve wrote.)
Link FIVE can be anything you like
Malacca Zoo Trip (How about my latest addiction? I’m into a bit of scrapbooking now 🙂 )
Here I need to tag 5 people
1) Mott
2) Che-Cheh
3) Cynthiafoo
4) RamblingMoo
5) King’s Wife (Time to update your blog lor!)
and 2 new acquaintances (actually not so new but still consider new)
1) Pretty In The City
2) Loopy Meals

During the 4 days of Hari Raya break, we was invited for a open house makan-makan in Malacca. We decided to make it a day trip since my parents bunk at my place to visit my other sister who recently gave birth to a baby boy.
The only fun and interesting place a child could visit is the Zoo. It was indeed quite a rush trip in the zoo as we try not to tired ourself as Hubby need to drive back to Klang again. All I can say is…. I’ve seen what I want to see. I need something more spactacular.
I mean the ANIMALS! lol
It was a wet and humid day. Each of us has a total of 4 ice-creams to cool ourselves and quenched our thirst. This marked our latest record of most ice-creams consumed in 2 hours. lol. It’s a holiday afterall. The kids get to eat whatever they like 😉

~ Start copy ~
It’s very simple. When you receive this tag, copy the whole list and add your own shopping tip to the bottom and pass it on.
- Wear comfy clothing when you’re shopping. You don’t wanna fuss with too many laces and buttons when you’re trying clothes on. http://rinnah-marketplace.blogspot.com
- Choose stores offering some kind of reward program, e.g. purchase points, rebates or store coupons. Knowing how the program works and when to use them will save you a lot of money in the long run. http://kakishopping.giddytigers.com
- Always ask for a discount or bargain, especially when you pay cash for big purchase like furniture and electrical items, you will be surprised how much lesser you have to pay. http://leahschrader.com
- Kids is a no-no when come to shopping. http://jessieling.com
~ End copy ~
I’d like to pass this tag to:
- 5xMom
- iFantabulous
- My Two Girls
- Baby Sasha’s Mom
- Lian

My sister’s newborn has arrived last week. We get all excited wanting to carry the little infant in our arm and cleaning up the little bum-bum or changing his nappies bought some nostalgia moment back again. But you know how the little ones can wailed like a coo-coo train; Loud and longggggggggggg. *sigh…
p/s: You don’t have to remind me to go for the 4th one *sticking out tongue*
