Bento Mania #34
Left to right: Baked beans, homemade fishballs (it was given to me by a relative), tomatoes, chicken ham and potatoes with a squirt of Kewpie mayonnaise. aitelyu, once you have tried Japanese mayonnaise you will never go back to other imported brands!
Bought this new Bento box from Tupperware during their July promotion.
What I love most is the saucer container that came with a lid to avoid spillage during transporting.
And another thing, it is microwaveable. Good for Daddy as he preferred his food to be hot. That way, he can just pop the lunch box into the microwave at his work place.
For the kiddos, I packed them ham sandwiches instead of rice and had the potatoes mashed finely to go with the bake beans.
p/s to Daddy only: Picture number 1 is the proof that you’ve lost the food separator. I don’t care. You lost it, you pay!

hey, i used this theme quite sometime ago. but din manage to edit it (saw u have a huge header), so gave up. u really can play the theme well :p

For the kids bento hor..how do u prevent the mash potatoes & baked beans from spilling out? I assume the box will be in their school bag. Won;t it get tossed around?
The Queen says: If you look carefully at the picture, the silicon cup is same height as the bento box. By the time I put on the lid, the gravy just smear on the cover and not all over (inside) the lunch box. Same as the mash potatoes that is the reason why I used the silicon cup. They don’t have much room to run. At the same time to prevent minimal spillage, the bento box was put upright even in their school bag. Imagine this, bottom books, top bento box. By the time you zip your school bag, there is not much space for the bento box to toss around. I won’t say none at all. But very minimal.
