Would you do it with your friend?
It has never come across my mind that I would slept with a friend but I know someone out there is doing that.
No way!! Friends can never have sex with each other. In any case, they are called acquaintances. Friends are supposed to respect each other – that’s when you learn to trust and be comfortable with each other.
Don’t classified yourself as being conservative just cos you swear in your heart that you won’t do it – it’s about your moral values. You only have sex with people that you love. Having sex with friends or out of curiosity only serves to disrespect, even if it’s about being fun.
I can never imagine how friends can still continue to be friends even after having sex. Yucks! So do they go like,”last night very shiok hor. Let’s have a cup of coffee and discuss about it and then chat.”

Just imagine, after the sleep over, you will became uncomfortable whenever he’s around and you just wished that he don’t brings it up and pretended things never happened and carrying on with the friendship as per normal. Or… you could avoid eye contact with him forever.

Sex for fun is definitely a no-no……but physical affection, depends how well and how close I am with that person. My buddies, even guys, do give me a hug everynow and then, but we know it’s purely platonic. As for my western friends, normal lah for them to greet me with a hug and a peck on the cheek. Once a british friend of mine, a sweet middle age lady, during our tearfull goodbye after her hols here, gave me a kiss right on the lips. My first from someone else besides my hubby and gals, haha…….felt a bit funny, but I know it’s normal for them.

ahjang, you should see me the first time i got an sms from this guy i just met at a party the day before and he finished it with “kisses” at the end… i was like, omg!… but turns out, most french and italian use that as substitute for greeting/goodbye kisses…

i oso very much bought into the “hug” routine, although pecks on the cheek tend to be a more european habit than american (if i meet up with brits or other europeans then i get “pecked”). but i tell you hor, i have a good malaysian (male) friend who went to college 45 minutes away from mine, and we got together to watch movies, eat malaysian food and hang out quite often. hugging was our usual way of greeting or farewell. now when i see him (he’s back home now) we hug, then we look around a bit guiltily to see if friends/family think anything funny. 😉 uptight malaysians are we!
but the peck on the cheek for me is a bit odd. my sis-in-law is into that (more of the malay culture from the east coast, i think) and the first time she did it to me i was like whoaaaaaa calm down there, puppy… but i’m used to it lah. now i get confused because sometimes it’s one on each cheek and sometimes it’s 3 kisses…muah muah muah…
as to sleeping with a friend – i think it would really spoil the friendship.

Hahaha i forgot to mention this in the previous post…Malaysian people don’t hug because they are following the rules,in malaysia if you hug any people in the public you will kena “saman” (Don’t ask why)write in newspaper.No hug,kiss or other not nice to look stuff..Hold hands can…Alot of people complain about this,Got 1 couple in KL kena saman because huggin,then they don’t feel guilty then kena brought to the court for admitin they wrong…
